The management of the Company pays great attention to the Company’s psychological climate improvement and corporate spirit rising of the staff. In this view different regular events for the staff which help to attract the large number of participants for mutual rest and team competitions are carried out.
December 15, 2009 the contest results on the best New Year office decoration are summed up. The employees of the Centras Insurance Company showed a lot of imagination and diligence having decorated their work places by many-coloured garlands and toys. The Commission was unable to identify the winner, and it was decided to award gifts to each department.
December 8 – 10, 2009 Centras Insurance JSC held a tournament among the employees of the Company. 16 masters of this refined game come together in an uncompromising struggle for the first place.

November 29, 2009 the Centras Insurance football team took part in the Championship of football fans League "Cup 2009". The team showed a strong will to win and the high professional level.
October 20, 2009 the Centras Insurance football team among 14 sports teams took part in the Championship of football fans League “Autumn 2009”. The Championship showed a high professional level of the teams. All the games were held in tough and uncompromising regime.
June 2, 2009 the football tournament among the teams of Centras Group: Centras Insurance, Centras Capital, Centras Securities and Kommesk-Omir Company took place. All the teams showed professionalism and a strong will to win. The Centras Insurance got honorable second place.
May 27 – 28, 2009 the billiard tournament among the Centras Insurance JSC with participation of more than hundred people took place in Almaty. It turned out that the company has a lot of strong billiard players. The championship was serious and the pedestal was taken by:

Since May 18 to May 22, 2009 at the head office of Centras Insurance JSC the seminar for the directors of regional branches took place. The seminar outlined strategies for the development of the company in the regions, methods of sales increasing and ways of service improvement. Today Centras Insurance Company pays great attention to working with individuals and plans to expand its business in the regions.
March 19, 2009 on the threshold of Nauryz holiday - a bright spring day, a symbol of life and renewal, the Centras Insurance Company presented its new head office! Despite the snowy “surprise” of nature, the celebration was hold in warm and friendly atmosphere. The musical group played in traditional style for the guests, the festive yurta was placed in the yard and oriental dastarkhan with pilaf, Nauryz-kozhe and sweets was cooked.
December 30, 2008 the corporate New Year's Eve among the employees of Centras Insurance Company took place. The event passed in a fun atmosphere: fun contests, dances and lots of prizes and gifts.
September 12, 2008 Centras Insurance Company celebrated its 11th birthday. 11 years is not the anniversary date, so it was decided not to make a grand event with concert but to celebrate the birthday "as a family." In Metro sports and entertainment center two corporate tournaments on bowling and billiards were held. The Tournaments’ winners received valuable gifts.

On May 30, 2008 in the Company’s office the Children’s picture competition “Favorite seasons of the year” with participation of the staff’s children was carried out.

On May 19, 2008 the press conference devoted to “Masters city for disabled youth” project opening was held in the national press club. Centras Insurance was the official insurer of the first stage – exhibition of works of authorship of disabled children which will be held on June 01, 2008 in Almaty on Arbat.
- Participation in paintball AFK Cup Competition.
IC Centras Insurance JSC is an active participant of sports AFK Cup Competition. On Saturday, October 03 the team of our company participated in the first tournament on paintball on AFK Cup organized by Business Resource Central Asia. 10 teams, 5 people each, including teams from Kazkommer Invest managing company, Natsbank RK and Eurasian bank, Business & Vlast newspaper and KTK TV channel took part in competitions.
- English language courses for staff
Management of the Company pays great attention to qualification of employees, including knowledge of English language. Now almost a third of staff attends various levels of English language studying programs. The lessons are carried out during the working day in cosy conference halls of the head office equipped with all the necessary technics.

Along with the Company’s sport activity regular trips out of the city with families are in common practice.

There is a lot of bowling fans in our Company that’s why regular competitions on these fascinating kinds of sports and rest within the employees on Chairman of the Board Cup always enjoy the big popularity.
During the 2007 the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan (AFK) at support of the international-analytical center Business Resourse Central Asia, being the organizer of Sports events carried out an AFK Cup Competition in different kinds of sports. Centras Insurance JSC will take part in this tournament.

- June 01 – the international day of children’s protection
On June 01, 2007 our Company carried out a competition of pictures among children of employees on theme: “What do parents do then they go to work?” The works were very cheerful, vivid and interesting. And for the children this day became the party with balloons, prizes and treating. We hope that such an action becomes a good tradition in our company.
