1) immovables (apartments) in bearing-wall, brick and solid-cast houses;
2) interior finish of walls (including finish, wires, outlets, switchers), floors, ceiling, doors (including balcony), windows (including balcony);
3) engineering (technical) equipment, including heating, plumbing equipment.
Insurance does not cover:
- apartments in carcass-reed-fiber and wood houses;
- apartments which total exploitation period does not exceed 40 years.
INSURANCE EVENT:
Sum insured is paid in case of loss or damage of insured property as a result of the following events:
- fire, explosion, lightning stroke, damage of electricity supply network;
- damage of plumbing, sewerage, heating, fire-prevention systems, water penetration from neighboring premises.
- wrongful acts of third parties (vandalism, hooliganism, intentional destruction or damage of property, excluding theft)
- storm, hurricane, hail, mudflow, mountain slide, landslide, torrent, flood;
- collision or falling on insured property of piloted aircrafts, their parts or a cargo transported on these aircrafts as well as any external action;
- earthquake (with 5 and more magnitude on the Richter scale at insured place)
Insured is entitled to define a complete block of insurance or only the risks he needs by himself. The compulsory risks are: “fire, explosion, lightning stroke, damage of electricity supply network”
INSURANCE CONDITIONS:
Sum insured is set at amount of actual (market) value of apartment for 1 m2 of total area at the moment of insurance Agreement conclusion.
Insurance indemnity concerning immovables is executed in amount of actual damage but not more than sum insured set by insurance Agreement.
Insurance indemnity concerning interior finishing, including plumbing and heating installations is calculated on the basis of agreement conditions and in total should not exceed 10% from sum insured set for immovables.
Insurance indemnity is executed in tenge within 10 (Ten) banking days from the moment of insurance indemnity execution by Insured.
