September 30, 2009 Around 50 riders have put off all their affairs and devoted this day to little lonely people – children of orphanages and boarding schools. Bikers brought many gifts with them - toys and sweeties. In gratitude the children arranged a concert with songs and dancing. Then the bikers carefully took them for a ride around the yard. Children's delight knew no bounds!
Centras Insurance JSC took part in the action. Few computers, baby clothes and toys were bought for the money collected by employees of the company.
September 20, 2009 the charity tennis tournament organized by the American Chamber of Commerce and HSBC Bank took place in September. The purpose of the charity event was whip-round for the purchase of necessary equipment and materials for children from the specialized boarding schools for blind and visually impaired children # 4, and for deaf children:#1.

4-6 September 2009 Centras Insurance Company became a partner of motor rally “Druzhba Narodov” (Friendship of Nations) 2009.
The motor rally was coincided with «Silkway Rally 2009» motor rally of Dakar Series where Volkswagen Motorsport crew in Volkswagen Touareg rally cars took part. The route of the rally gone through the territory of Kazakhstan, with stops in Uralsk, Beyneu and Zhanaozen. It was therefore decided to organize a race in support of the rally with the finish line in Uralsk where the participants arrived on September 06.
June - October 2009 The Sports Development Fund of Kazakhstan with the support of Centras Insurance Company organized a series of football matches between the teams of Kazakhstan and the national team of African Continent. This project was carried out in anticipation of the World Cup 2010 which for the first time in history will be held in Africa. The football matches between Kazakhstan and African national teams were held in all major cities of the republic in the period from June to October 2009.
June 05, 2009 an unforgettable motor show of car tuning was held in Almaty. On this day the most sophisticated cars of Almaty were presented for the spectators. Beautiful airography, an incredible interior installation, tuning and stunning sound – everyone could see all this. The winner received valuable prizes from Centras Insurance Company.
March 11, 2009 the second international match on professional boxing in a series ‘Kazakhstan against CIS and far-abroad countries’ took place in Almaty. Our athletes swept in tough struggle for victory! Centras Insurance became a sponsor of this sports fest and insured the car raffled among the spectators.
From August 30, 2008 to June 4, 2009 in Tabagan sports-entertainment complex the large-scale extreme – Championship ‘Mercur Open Cup’ took place. Scores of athletes participated in this difficult tournament having competing in various disciplines such as triathlon, ski jumping, racing bikes, mountain skiing, swimming, and even arm wrestling.
All athletes have shown the will to win and skill in such competitions as running, race bikes and swimming.
Centras Insurance Company sponsored ‘Mercur Open Cup’ Championship. Every athlete who participated in the competitions received insurance protection amounting 1 mln tenge. And the winners received valuable prizes from Centras Insurance Company. During the competition 8 insured events were recorded and 200 thousand tenge were paid to the athletes injured in risky moments.
August 28, 2008 – Centras Insurance Company acted as the sponsor and the insurer of hang-gliding Open Championship of Kazakhstan. Each sportsmen of Kazakhstan hung-gliders club received an insurance policy against accidents providing compensation for injuries during the competition.
June 01, 2008 – the Central development fund Eldani and NAYADA company carried out a presentation of ‘Masters’ city’ project on Arbat, Almaty aimed at the development and support of Disabled children. IC Centras Insurance JSC became the official insurer of the event and also provided sponsorship to the central development fund Eldani on the holiday dated for the Day of children’s protection.
April 26, 2008 –Centras Insurance JSC became the sponsor of Drift and Tuning Festival in Kazakhstan. The festival was cheerful and spectacular with lots of quality aerography on the sports models of such famous brands as BMW, SUBARY, TOYOTA and many others.
