1) children on “handicapped child” category;
2) persons who use drugs or toxic substances, including doping agents prohibited for use; persons suffering from alcohol abuse;
3) persons with persistent neurological and psychiatric disorders who are the registrants of psychoneurologic dispensary, suffering from emotional or mental illness, dementia, cerebral palsy or Down syndrome
4) persons suffering from cancer, chronic cardiovascular, social and dangerous diseases, AIDS and HIV. |
